A personalized, therapeutic approach to yoga that meets you exactly where you are. Sessions are tailored to the 5 layers of the human body, addressing the needs of the whole body. May include (but not limited to) nervous system needs, helping to reduce pain, regulate stress, and restore balance through intentional movement, breath, and awareness.
